Meanwhile, chef’s kitchens and designer bathrooms feature sumptuous finishes such as LED strip lighting, marble and timber, with herringbone floorboards adding yet another layer of deserved indulgence.
Windsor Residences creator HAL Architects is a highly regarded multidisciplinary design practice combining Architecture, Town Planning, Interior Design, Master Planning and Landscape Design boasting 35 years of experience. The project’s Architect Elizabeth Anderson says she was inspired to design homes “celebrating the Queensland lifestyle”.
“Each residence centres around generous living spaces that effortlessly flow into outdoor entertaining areas complete with lush subtropical landscaping,” she said. “The detached nature of the homes allows cooling breezes to continue through the site, and access to natural light is prioritised. The design maximises opportunities for high ceilings, with overhanging balconies, eaves, screens, pergolas and offset gable roof forms in the facades providing shading and privacy in recalling typical Queenslander characteristics.”
